4. "What's your policy if eggs arrive broken?" (should have a clear replacement/credit policy)
5. "Do you use routine antibiotics?" (NPOP certified brands should say no)
6. "What's the pricing structure — bulk/subscription discounts?"

A supplier that gives clear, specific, honest answers to these is trustworthy. Vague or defensive answers are a warning sign.

Urban Metro vs Tier-2/Tier-3 City Considerations

In Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune — you have multiple organic options including Sahya Agro, Eggoz, Happy Hens, Keggfarms, plus imports. Supply is competitive and abundant.

In tier-2 cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, etc.) — options are fewer. Sahya Agro, select distributors, and regional brands serve these markets through partner networks.

In tier-3 cities and rural areas — NPOP organic supply is often limited. Sahya Agro handles this through partner distribution and monthly subscription models. Immediate daily delivery is usually not feasible — subscription with weekly or bi-weekly dispatch is more realistic.
