Delivery Policy

1. Coverage Areas

We deliver across India and the Gulf region — including Haryana, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Gulf cities like Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha — with regular routes in major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Goa.

We are expanding continuously. If your city is not listed, please contact us — we may be able to arrange supply on request.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 6 PM are dispatched the same evening.
• Local delivery: 1 day (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and nearby cities)
• Regional delivery: 2-3 days (other cities in covered states)
• B2B daily supply: Pre-scheduled delivery windows agreed with your account manager

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on location, order size, and delivery frequency:

• B2B contracts: Delivery is typically included in the quoted price.
• Retail orders: Small delivery fees may apply for single orders below minimum quantity. Exact fees are shown at order confirmation.
• Wholesale/bulk: Free delivery above agreed minimum volumes.

4. Order Processing

After you place an order:

1. You receive order confirmation via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours (during business hours).
2. Order is scheduled for dispatch based on your preferred delivery date.
3. Dispatch confirmation is sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Delivery confirmation is shared upon successful handover.

5. Packaging

All eggs are packed in new, clean trays or cartons designed for safe transport:

• Retail: 6, 10, 12, or 30-egg cartons
• Bulk/wholesale: 180 or 210-egg trays with reinforced packaging
• Custom packaging available for regular B2B clients on request

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery during the agreed time window. If no one is available to receive:

• Up to 2 re-attempts will be made within the same day or next day
• If still unsuccessful, the order is returned and a re-scheduling fee may apply

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your eggs at the time of delivery. If you find broken or damaged eggs, notify the delivery person immediately and/or contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange free replacement for damaged quantities.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control — weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure. We will notify you of any significant delay as soon as possible.

9. Address & Contact Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any re-delivery cost due to address errors may be charged additionally.
