Open Contact Form →From first inquiry to regular delivery — here's what to expect.
Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or form. Tell us roughly what you need: family order or business supply, quantities, variety preferences, delivery location.
We confirm we can serve your location, quantities, and schedule. If yes, we share current pricing. If no (unusual), we explain why and suggest alternatives.
Most customers start with a small trial order — 1-2 cartons for families, a sample batch for businesses. Gives you a chance to evaluate quality before committing.
Delivery within agreed timeframe. Payment via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery for first order. B2B customers receive invoice with credit terms after initial orders.
If satisfied, we set up your regular schedule: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. Subscription families save money; businesses lock in pricing and reliability.
Sahya Egg serves two main customer types: families (retail) and businesses (B2B/wholesale). Both use similar ordering channels but different minimum quantities, pricing, and delivery frequencies.
Family orders typically range from 1-3 dozen eggs at a time, delivered weekly or bi-weekly. Our minimum for first-time family orders is usually 1 dozen, but regular subscription customers often order 2-4 dozen to last the week. Pricing is our standard retail pricing — same as what premium supermarkets would charge for comparable quality.
Business orders range from 30 eggs/day (small café) to 30,000+ eggs/week (hotel chains). Minimum initial orders are typically 100-500 eggs for businesses. Pricing is wholesale (lower per-egg than retail) with volume discounts as quantities scale.
When you contact us, having this information ready speeds things up:
For family orders: (1) Your delivery city/area, (2) Approximate weekly consumption (rough estimate is fine), (3) Variety preferences (White, Brown, Desi, Golden Yolk, Omega-3, or Mixed), (4) Preferred delivery day/time, (5) Payment method preference (UPI, bank transfer, COD).
For business orders: (1) Business type (hotel, restaurant, bakery, retailer, etc.), (2) Daily/weekly quantity estimate, (3) Variety needs (many businesses use mixed — some white for cheap preparations, some brown/premium for menu items), (4) Delivery location(s) and preferred timing, (5) Current supplier relationship (are you switching or adding?), (6) Payment terms preference (COD first, then credit terms after relationship is established).
We share current pricing on request rather than publishing it on the website. Reasons: prices vary modestly by season and variety availability, bulk pricing depends on volume commitment, and competitive dynamics mean we don't want to be a public price reference for competitors.
That said, our pricing is transparent with customers. For retail families, we have standard dozen prices that don't fluctuate based on who's asking. For B2B, we quote written pricing that holds for agreed periods (usually 3-6 months). No hidden markups, no "market rate" surprises, no haggling games.
Pricing is typically: (1) slightly higher than cheapest commercial eggs from mandi or budget retail, (2) comparable to premium supermarket organic brands, (3) noticeably lower than boutique organic specialty stores that markup aggressively.
Our farm is at Saloni Village, Narnaul, Mahendragarh District, Haryana. Delivery times depend on distance and logistics:
Local (Haryana, Delhi NCR): Next-day delivery standard. Same-day possible for urgent orders. Direct farm-to-customer delivery.
Major Indian metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2-3 days typical. Cold-chain transport via our logistics partners. Order dispatch within 24 hours of confirmation.
Tier 2 Indian cities: 3-4 days typical. Availability depends on cold-chain partner coverage for specific city.
Gulf region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): 3-5 days typical including air freight and local distribution. Export documentation handled by us.
For time-sensitive needs (event catering, sudden stock-out), let us know when contacting — we prioritise urgent orders where possible.
Retail: UPI (instant, preferred), bank transfer/NEFT, or cash on delivery for Indian orders. Subscription customers can set up auto-pay via UPI mandate.
B2B first orders: Typically cash on delivery or UPI payment. Allows us both to establish a relationship before moving to credit terms.
B2B established customers: Credit terms ranging from 7 days to 30 days depending on order size and relationship. Invoices issued monthly or per delivery based on preference. Payment via bank transfer is standard; some large accounts use cheque or corporate card.
Gulf customers: Initial payment via wire transfer or LC for first orders. Established customers may have country-specific banking arrangements.
Subscriptions are our most popular ordering model for families and small businesses — it saves everyone time and ensures you never run out.
Retail subscription setup: Tell us your weekly quantity, preferred variety, delivery day. We set up recurring delivery. You can pause, skip, or modify any week with 48-hour notice via WhatsApp. Payment happens weekly or monthly per your preference.
B2B supply contract setup: Quarterly or annual supply contracts lock in pricing, volumes, and delivery schedules. More formal than retail subscriptions, with written contract terms. Includes SLA commitments (on-time delivery percentage, quality standards, replacement policies for any damaged supply).
Issues can happen: delivery delayed by weather or traffic, a carton with breakage, a flavour profile that doesn't match expectation (rare with eggs, but happens). We take all issues seriously.
Damaged eggs: Replace or refund, your choice, no questions. Just message us on WhatsApp with a photo.
Delivery delay: We communicate proactively if we know about a delay. If you didn't get a heads-up and delivery was late, let us know — it helps us identify logistics gaps.
Quality concerns: Full replacement of the affected order plus investigation of root cause. We'd rather absorb the replacement cost and keep you as a customer than penny-pinch and lose your trust.
Wrong order delivered: Correct delivery the next day, no charge for the mix-up. The original order stays with you as a bonus.
Ordering Sahya Egg is straightforward: choose your channel, share your basic info, approve pricing, receive your first order, and decide whether to continue. No contracts required, no pressure, no gimmicks. Most customers start small, decide they like the quality, and gradually increase to regular subscription or wholesale supply. We're here to serve at whatever scale works for you.
