For Gurugram corporate families specifically, Sahya Egg addresses a real pain point. Our Gurugram customer base is heavily concentrated in DLF phases, Golf Course Road, and similar upscale residential areas — families who specifically sought out farm-direct organic supply and found us.

Many rural Haryana families have strong quality consciousness, particularly grandparent generations who remember when all eggs came from village hens and commercial farming was unknown. When we offer eggs that genuinely taste like what their grandmothers cooked with, rural Haryana families recognise authenticity immediately.

Village-level distribution is our quiet strength. Through kirana shop partnerships across 1,475+ Haryana villages, we reach families that never buy from supermarket chains. A shop in a Mahendragarh village might sell 50-100 Sahya eggs per day to local families — not massive volume individually, but collectively representing genuine rural Haryana penetration.

Our Haryana operation keeps deepening rather than expanding. Priorities for 2026-2027: extending same-day delivery radius to cover more Haryana districts (targeting 250 km eventually), adding more village distribution partnerships in under-served districts (Sirsa, Fatehabad, Charkhi Dadri), developing Haryana-specific B2B verticals (highway hotels, state tourism, agricultural research institutions), and exploring farm-to-fork experiences for Haryana customers who want direct farm connection.

We're also investigating farm-based events — small weekend farm visits for Haryana families, agricultural education programmes for Haryana schools, and potentially a small farm cafe serving Haryana produce including our eggs. None of this is promised for 2026, but it's the direction.
