Our UAE logistics operation centres on a Dubai cold-storage hub where weekly air-freight shipments from India arrive for local distribution. From this hub, our delivery fleet reaches every Emirate within defined service windows. This concentrated-supply, distributed-delivery model lets us maintain quality control at a single UAE point while providing geographic coverage.

The alternative — multiple UAE warehouses or distributed inventory — would fragment quality oversight and multiply operating costs. Our hub model keeps UAE operations lean while ensuring every egg gets the same handling standards regardless of delivery area.

Dubai — our deepest UAE coverage

Dubai represents roughly 60% of our UAE customer base, reflecting both its population density and its disproportionate concentration of Indian diaspora (our strongest initial customer segment). Our Dubai coverage is comprehensive: every neighborhood, every commercial district, every residential community.

Same-day delivery in Dubai is genuinely achievable for orders before 10 AM — supported by our central hub location and routing optimisation. Subscription customers (weekly or bi-weekly delivery) lock in priority delivery slots. Businesses ordering for immediate use get priority over speculative inventory orders.

For Dubai's commercial districts (DIFC, Downtown, Business Bay), we've developed specific delivery protocols including pre-approved access to corporate buildings, timed delivery windows for office hours, and coordination with building reception teams.

Abu Dhabi — our second-largest UAE market

Abu Dhabi serves as both the UAE capital and a distinct market with its own characteristics. Our Abu Dhabi customers include government-related hospitality (hotels hosting official functions), major corporate catering operations, and a growing residential customer base.

Three weekly delivery windows serve Abu Dhabi adequately for most customers. Daily delivery available for high-volume Abu Dhabi hotels and institutional customers. Transport time from our Dubai hub to Abu Dhabi: approximately 90 minutes under normal traffic conditions.

Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Reem Island have specific delivery considerations (controlled access, security protocols at residential towers) that our Abu Dhabi delivery team navigates routinely.

Northern Emirates — focused coverage

Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain each have distinct coverage models:

Sharjah: Strong weekly delivery coverage. Growing B2B base including hotels and restaurants in Al Qasba and along the Sharjah corniche. Major residential areas fully covered.

Ajman: Weekly delivery, combined with Sharjah routes for efficiency. Residential customer base primarily, with some emerging B2B.

Ras Al Khaimah: Weekly delivery to RAK city areas. Increasing demand from RAK's growing tourism (resorts, hotels) and industrial zone catering.

Fujairah: Bi-weekly delivery typical. Challenging geography (mountainous terrain between Dubai and East Coast) extends transport time but maintains quality.

UAQ: Combined with Ajman routes. Limited current coverage being expanded as customer density grows.

Al Ain — our furthest Emirate coverage

Al Ain requires the longest UAE transport route from our Dubai hub — approximately 2 hours. We maintain weekly delivery to Al Ain with sufficient customer density to justify the route. Al Ain's growing food scene (university community, corporate offices, hospitality sector) is expanding our Al Ain customer base.
